Jenna is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is able to utilize the technique to help clients foster clarity and relief from emotional distress. She is also a certified provider for ADHD (ADHD-CCSP) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT). Other commonly integrated orientations include Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT).

Jenna is trauma-informed and works primarily with adults, couples, and teens. Additionally, she is empathetic to the complexities of family court and sees children navigating complex family circumstances. Jenna especially enjoys offering a safe, dignified space for clients navigating and healing from difficult and destructive relationships in many different contexts. She recognizes that these dynamics can create a profound sense of grief, trauma, and devastation. Confusion may be at an all-time high, even for individuals who are strong, capable, and decisive. Jenna seeks to help clients work through these experiences, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs.
