style of therapy
practice focus
Her style is relaxed and relational. She values creating a space where clients feel at ease, known, and able to be honest about what’s really going on. Melody draws from several approaches—including existential and psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy—tailoring her work to each client’s unique needs and story.
Melody is also trained in the Enneagram through Suzanne Stabile, author of The Road Back to You, and enjoys incorporating it into sessions when helpful for deeper self-understanding.
speaking
She also offers workshops on recognizing mental health concerns and understanding how—and when—to refer someone for counseling.
