Caitlin is originally from the northeast and spent her formative years in Spain. She has called Greenville home since 2017 and loves everything that the upstate has to offer. Caitlin is the proud mother of three small children and loves working with other women as they navigate the challenges and joys of motherhood. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, exploring new places, and spending time with her family.
style of therapy

Caitlin employs an integrative approach to therapy based on the needs of the individual, couple, or family she is working with. Some of the evidence based treatments she uses include Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Mindfulness.

Caitlin works with adults and couples. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process and works with clients to heal old wounds, cope with life’s challenges, and deepen their understanding of themselves and others. She has experience working in the care and treatment of relational and marital dynamics, family and parenting issues, infertility, grief and loss, trauma, depression and anxiety.
