Jenna is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is able to utilize the technique to help clients foster clarity and relief from emotional distress. Other commonly integrated orientations include Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT).

Jenna is trauma-informed and works primarily with adults, couples, and teens. She especially enjoys offering a safe, dignified space for clients navigating and healing from difficult and destructive relationships. She recognizes that these dynamics can create a profound sense of grief, trauma, and devastation. Confusion can be at an all-time high, even for individuals who are strong, capable, and decisive. Jenna seeks to help clients work through these experiences, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs.
