Andy begins with active listening and creates a warm, non-judgmental, relaxed and collaborative atmosphere. He empowers his clients to identify their goals and helps them to seek immediate solutions for change, relief, and wellness. While he adapts his style to each client’s unique needs, his approach is usually multidimensional and integrative—looking at personal health, relational health, occupational health, spiritual health, and more. In addition to counseling, Andy has over fifteen years of work experience with coaching, leadership, teaching, and crisis response. He draws on his many backgrounds as he engages the various aspects of each person’s unique counseling journey.
