At Carolina Counseling Partners, we provide master’s-level counseling students with a place to complete internships and practicums. Working under the license of one of our partners, Julie Griffin LPCS Candidate, interns begin to see their own clients and receive weekly supervision from Julie. Our interns are able to see clients at a reduced rate, providing an affordable alternative.

Meet Caitlin

Caitlin is originally from the northeast and spent most of her childhood overseas in Spain. She has been married for six years, loves traveling, cooking, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling.

Caitlin employs an integrative approach to therapy based on the needs of the individual, couple, or family she is working with. The theoretical approaches she uses most are Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.

Caitlin works with children over the age of 8, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process and works with clients to heal relationships with self and others. She has experience working with issues related to relational and marital dynamics, stress management, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.
