meet lindsay

Lindsay is a Greenville native, she attended Clemson University for undergrad and Dallas Theological Seminary for her master’s degree. Before pursuing counseling, she had a background in marketing and event planning. When she’s not in the office you can most likely find her at dinner with friends, out on the lake, or at a sporting event. Some of her favorite things (cue Julie Andrews singing) are queso, traveling, movies, and most importantly her two dogs Riley and Ivy.

style of therapy
Lindsay’s approach to therapy is relational and based on unconditional positive regard for her clients. Lindsay’s style of therapy is holistic and integrative; she feels that it is important to be able to change and adapt to each individual client’s needs. Some modalities that she typically utilizes are – client centered therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, EMDR therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
practice focus
Lindsay works with high school, and college aged adolescents, as well as young adults and those further on into adulthood in the care and treatment of: depression, anxiety, self-worth, body image, eating disorders, trauma, relationships, and life transitions.
