Katie’s approach to therapy places an importance on giving children and young adults a safe, trusting space where they can feel heard and receive support while navigating times of growth, exploration, and life transitions. Katie also values collaborating with clients’ family members to promote the importance of the family working as a healthy system. She uses an integrative and holistic approach incorporating evidence-based treatment modalities including:
